Our first focus area is logistics. We provide a structured plan for truck drivers’ daily tasks. Our application, which includes daily routes and tasks, is downloaded to the drivers' mobile devices. When they arrive at farms according to the routes on their mobile devices, they encounter a system where they can check-in based on GPS location. In the system, they can also view the planned quantity and enter the actual quantity. They can track the remaining capacity for each tank, select which tank they have filled, and inform relevant parties in real-time of any route changes directly from their mobile devices.

Our second focus area is offering improved processes for laboratory workers. When the raw milk truck arrives at the factory, it is weighed at the weighbridge, and a QM inspection lot is created in SAP for the vehicle. Then a sample is taken for the laboratory. Laboratory analysis results are automatically transferred to SAP through the integration (QM-FOSS) between the LAB application (LAB DEVICE) and SAP, thus preventing manual errors.

Freshmilk also introduces new and advanced processes for the operation center. Now the operation center can track the location and last check-in time and place of each vehicle. They can also view the planned and actual milk quantity collected in real-time, allowing for real-time decision-making. They can even change the route and send it immediately to the mobile device if needed.

With a central and user-focused dashboard interface, we provide the capability to report on trips from production locations based on yesterday's and today's dates. We facilitate tracking of vehicles likely to delay their trip, and also provide visibility into the current milk quantity collected and the number of vehicles yet to start their trip.

The fleet tracking screen allows you to follow the vehicles in your fleet according to their daily routes. Additionally, you can view trip completion rates, get information on the last milk collection center, and query vehicles by license plate number.
